Lancaster Housing Authority (LCHA)
LCHA owns and operates 564 public housing units which consist of 259 family units and 305 elderly units set in 6 public housing developments: Susquehanna Court, Franklin Terrace, Church Street Towers, Farnum Street East, and Scattered Sites I & II.
LCHA currently administers 1,003 Vouchers of which 75 are Project-based units. LCHA also administers 16 units of Shelter Plus Care rental assistance. The Family Self-Sufficiency Program also works with the community and local agencies in providing services.

YHA owns and operates 1069 public housing units in addition to administering 1452 Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 Rental Assistance). Management services are also provided to York Towne House, Village Court and Waverly Court Apartments. YHA provides housing in the City of York and in York County.
