Project-Based Voucher Program

Applications are being accepted for various Project Based Voucher waiting lists. 

The Project-Based Voucher Program provides rental assistance for families to live in specific apartments or buildings. The family may not use the project-based voucher to move to another apartment that is not subsidized by a project-based voucher.  Successful tenants who live in Project Based Units for one year may be eligible to transfer to the regular Housing Choice Voucher program in the future.

 

You must be eligible for the available bedroom size to apply.

Properties Available

  • Felton Lofts – Steelton, PA.  One- and Two-Bedroom accessible units for disabled applicants only.

  • Hillside Heights – Millersburg, PA.  Two Bedroom only

  • Greenfield Estates – Elizabethville, PA.  Two Bedroom only.

  • Fairview Estates – Halifax, PA. Two Bedroom only.

  • Union House – Lykens, PA. Studio, One- and Two-Bedroom.  Maximum occupancy is five people.
