Project Based Voucher Applications 

Applications are being accepted for various Project Based Voucher waiting lists. 

The Project-Based Voucher Program provides rental assistance for families to live in specific apartments or buildings. The family may not use the project-based voucher to move to another apartment that is not subsidized by a project-based voucher.  Successful tenants who live in Project Based Units for one year may be eligible to transfer to the regular Housing Choice Voucher program in the future.

Felton Lofts – Steelton, PA.  One- and Two-Bedroom accessible units for disabled applicants only.

Hillside Heights – Millersburg, PA.  Two Bedroom only

Greenfield Estates – Elizabethville, PA.  Two Bedroom only.

Fairview Estates – Halifax, PA. Two Bedroom only.

Union House – Lykens, PA. Studio, One- and Two-Bedroom.  Maximum occupancy is five people.
